• fhilbet reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice, including in cases of suspected abuse, technical error, or where fhilbet reasonably believes the promotion is being exploited.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to the use of multiple accounts, coordinated play to meet wagering requirements without genuine gameplay risk, or the systematic exploitation of promotional structures — will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all bonus-related balances.
• Players may not hold more than one qualifying bonus simultaneously unless explicitly permitted by the terms of the relevant promotion.

• fhilbet reserves the right to void any bet or wager that it reasonably believes was placed based on insider information, match-fixing, or any other form of fraudulent activity.
• The use of automated betting systems, bots, scripts, or any software tool that allows for the systematic placement of bets without genuine human interaction is strictly prohibited.

The following conduct is expressly prohibited on the fhilbet platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant Philippine law enforcement authorities where warranted:

• Registering more than one (1) fhilbet account, whether under the same or a different identity.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information at any stage of registration, verification, or support interaction.
• Using the platform if you are under 21 years of age or are legally prohibited from participating in online gambling in your jurisdiction.

• fhilbet is not responsible for losses arising from delayed, interrupted, or failed transactions caused by third-party payment providers, Philippine banking system failures, or telecommunications outages beyond fhilbet's reasonable control.
• Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall exclude or limit fhilbet's liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded by Philippine law.

fhilbet reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete required KYC verification within the stipulated timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, collusion, or match-fixing.
• Discovery that the Player is under 21 years of age or is otherwise ineligible to use the platform.
• Violation of fhilbet's one-account policy through registration of duplicate accounts.
• Receipt of a valid self-exclusion request from the Player or from a third party with legal standing (e.g., a guardian).

Upon account termination for breach, fhilbet reserves the right to forfeit any bonus balances and, where fraud or criminal activity is established, any real-money balances pending investigation.
